Groups Coordinator Catherine hosted the first Group Leaders' Meeting for Interest Groups Online on Thursday 19th January. We look over some updates and requests following the meeting.
For Group Leaders:
Thank you for all that you're doing, running great groups for all our members. Please do remember to use Beacon to keep group information up-to-date, to manage membership, communicate with members, and publicise meeting dates and times by using “Schedule”.
If your group has vacancies and there are people on the waiting list, please offer them a place in your group.
When someone leaves your group please remove them on Beacon if they have not done so themselves.
