Desaturated Mountains
I captured an image across the Menai Strait from Beaumaris towards Snowdonia on a darkening and dingy evening. I liked the content of the image so much that I wanted to make something of it, if I could, although I know it is not a masterly image, and Landscapes are not really my first calling.. I have reworked this image a few times now, to see what I could produce, and this is the result I like most. To me it emphasis the threatening sky and the colour cast being produced in the woodlands and fields and on the mountains that are visible, despite probably being over processed. More and more I find myself experimenting and trying to create something different through editing. Is it art? I am not sure.
