Just had to paint this as 🎶 “All is calm, All is bright!” 🎶 and Christmas is just around the corner!

Robins are with us even in the hardest of winters.

We have often stayed at this Lake District farmhouse in the winter, but this was the year that it really snowed. It took a spade several attempts, and I had to unload the luggage before we could finally make it! The holiday was as fun as usual, lots of walking because it was not really easy to drive!

The brave Little cyclamen could survive outside but I’m enjoying it in the kitchen with some house plants.
