Short Story Book Group 1
Thinking of joining a book group but worried a novel a month might be too time-consuming or too expensive? For the cost of one book of short stories, you could enjoy many years of discussion: from the old to the new, from the straightforward to the more challenging, from the thriller to the romance. Each month, a group member suggests a story of their choice from the book they think is a good read and stimulates an enjoyable discussion.

The group takes a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 members.

You can join this group, or the waiting list, via the Beacon Members Portal. To join a group you must first subscribe to Interest Groups Online. This is separate to a local u3a membership.
