Beacon Calendar
The Beacon calendar can provide detailed information to members about group meetings. It shows the dates and times of upcoming group meetings and can also give information about what is happening at the meetings.
It can produce a timetable for a specific group:

I have added time and date information to the calendar up to the end of December, using the information on Beacon, for nearly all of our groups. I have not been able to do this for those groups which meet every two or three weeks where I don’t have a start date, nor those with arbitrary dates. Detailed information about what the groups are doing at each meeting is very useful both to existing members, and also to people who are thinking of joining the groups.
Please can you add this if it is relevant to your group. You do this using the schedule tab on Beacon. Alternatively, if you send me the information, I will enter it.
Group web-pages updates
There are still several groups which have not let us know if their web-pages are up-to-date. This information will be gratefully received.
In February of next year, we will start the process of updating group pages again.
Groups with vacancies and members on waiting list
If a member does not attend meetings for three months, they should be asked if they want to continue to be in the group and advised that if they do not reply, they will be removed. If they say they want to continue, but do not attend for the next three months, they will be removed anyway. There may be extenuating circumstances such as illness which should be addressed on a case by case basis, with appropriate discretion advised.

This shows all the groups booked on the IGO Zoom account until the end of December. Let me know if there are any errors.

We are still waiting for a fix on the website which will allow us to post images on group pages.
