After 30 years investigating crimes as a digital forensics expert, Andrew retired from his role as Director of Innovation from one of Europe's largest laboratories in 2025 having conducted thousands of digital examinations. He is one of the first to have been awarded an MSc in Forensic computing.

This presentation gives an insight into the sometimes challenging, unpredictable & rewarding world of a digital forensic investigator. The audience will gain an understanding of digital forensic concepts and hear a number of fascinating case stories from my career. No technical knowledge needed.
