I trained as a Bereavement Support Volunteer with my local Hospice and have worked with over 150 clients over the last 10 years. I have supported a wide range of people, including those who have been forced to face the death of their children and those bereaved through suicide.

Working with Grief

It will look at the grief journey from the initial feelings of shock and numbness following the death of a loved one, through the process of facing the pain and dealing with a new reality, to being able to move on, balancing looking back with looking forward.
