"At the start of the Lockdown in March 2020, we set up a Photographic Skype Group meeting on a regular basis sharing photos on various themes. It was a natural progression to engage with u3a Eye.

During the last six months the group has used the current u3a Eye theme as its focus, uploading photographs for discussion on a monthly basis. Given the diversity of the Group this has been very beneficial in increasing knowledge of photographic skills and techniques.

A member of the group commented: “I find the subjects sometimes thought provoking and producing an original image a challenge.  However, it is good to be stretched and I have enjoyed seeing and celebrating some of the photos of other members of our group at the Skype meetings''."
