Fitness guru Diana Moran, aka 'The Green Goddess', is the latest celebrity to join in u3a's 40th anniversary celebrations, with a video message.
In the video, Diana says, "Life is about learn laugh and live, and remember, age is mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter."
She continues, "Happy 40th anniversary u3a, and here's to next 40 years. Love, Diana."
Diana, known for her exercise routines and penchant for green leotards, has worked with u3a before, appearing in members' magazine, Third Age Matters.
This video is the latest in a monthly series of messages from high profile figures. It's just one way that u3a is celebrating 40 years of members having fun and learning together.
